All pricing includes: leveling within 1 foot, onsite installation, 4 inch overhangs, drip edge, 2 gable vents, locking T-handle, PVC trim, and a 4 foot double door. Sheds between 60 and 80 square feet come with 1 window, and sheds over 80 square feet come with 2 windows. There is an extra charge for travel outside of Tri-Cities,WA.

Prices listed do not include travel for outside of the Tri-Cities, WA. There is a $1.50 per mile charge for every mile traveled past 30 miles from the Tri-Cities and a $150 hotel stay fee per night needed to stay on location.
